Upon entering battle, a porkman with WeatherAbility will start the [[{{{weather}}}]] weather condition which lasts for 3 rounds in a single battle, or 2 rounds in a double battle. If there is already a weather condition, this ability does nothing.
If the porkman is holding a Stopwatch, the {{{weather}}} lasts for double the number of turns it otherwise would.
