RecoilMove deals damage, and the user receives recoil damage equal to 1/3 of the damage done to the target.
If RecoilMove is used by a porkman with the ability Reckless, the move deals 20% more damage. If RecoilMove is used by a porkman with the ability Rock Head, the user never suffers the recoil from the move.
