Upon entering battle, a WeatherAbility porkman will call for [[{{{weather}}}]] weather for 2 rounds in a single battle, or 3 rounds in a double battle. If there is already {{{weather}}}, this ability does nothing. If there is another weather condition, this {{{weather}}} happens concurrently with that weather condition.
