WeatherMove starts the [[{{{weather}}}]] weather condition, which lasts for which lasts for 6 rounds in a single battle, or 4 rounds in a double battle. If there is already a weather condition, using this move replaces it.
If the porkman is holding a Stopwatch, the {{{weather}}} lasts for double the number of turns it otherwise would.
